Listed package prices are service fees. USPTO and other government fees are separate. Final scope, availability, payment terms, refunds and deliverables must be confirmed in a written service agreement.

The USPTO determines whether a mark is registrable. No application outcome, approval time or registration is guaranteed. Statements concerning specific service features are subject to eligibility and availability.

Attorney Services

Any legal representation by a U.S.-licensed attorney must be separately identified and confirmed in writing, including identity, licensing and scope of representation.
